Hi Folks... I have a client that has (6) Macs and a Windows computer and want a reliable back-up network system. So, I want to setup a network drive where all of them backup to in the office, and a second drive offsite at the owner's home. They are not the most sophisticated so they need something simple to maintain. I was looking at getting (2) Drobo 5Ns, but my concern is that if the Drobo in the office itself went down, they would be out of luck. The Drobo BeyondRAID system seems to require the entire office to use the Drobo as their main repository for files rather than just as a back-up.
Any recommendations or alternatives?
