How to make Reminders work with days of the month

I have a bunch of meetings that occur on the second Monday or the third Wednesday. These are further complicated by missing certain months. For example "Meetings are held on the second Tuesday in March, April, October & December".
I read about how versatile Reminders" is and couldn't find anything specific for my needs, so how about it...

Why not just use a calendar? That would be a much easier solution to this problem.

You know your right. I was stuck on Reminders because I use it almost daily and just figured I could use it for everything!!! I am learning. Thanks from one Canadian to another!!! Got another question now but I'll post it in another thread.

Happy to help. Although it's always nice to stick with what you know, using different tools sometimes makes life a lot easier.
