USB issues!

Your Mac's Specs
Mid 2012 MBP - 13" i5 3210M, 16GB RAM, 240GB SSD, 500GB storage (in place of optical).
i have 2 flash drives inserted into my Mac (ill post a system information screen shot)
and it can only see 1
it will only see the 16GB drive, but not the 32 GB drive
i have tried both of the USB ports
any ideas?

Does the 32gig drive work on other computers? Is the 32gig formatted?
