Please help. RSS Reader for new MacPro?

Trying to build website for options trading ideas platform w GoDaddy Website Builder. I'm novice but determined to figure this out. Need to install "reader" to allow RSS feeds ie. CBOE. Can someone please inform me which "reader" to download from itunes? I now understand this RSS situation is an issue w Safari but I can't figure it out. I just want to allow RSS feeds to my new website and when it asks me to search for reader on itunes I end up seeing "rss readers" for combining url's but not the actual "reader" to allow me to add the RSS feeds from websites. Sincere gratitude in advance. James
