Not sure if this should be here or down in the iPhone forum.

I use the Photo Stream function on my iPhone 4S to transfer photos from the phone to my MacAir. Then I store them on a USB drive by dragging and dropping. The problem I have is that videos taken with the phone don't seem to load to the photo stream album on the phone and therefore are not showing up on the Air.

I am resorting to emailing them to myself, saving them and then putting them on the USB stick. Works, but a little cumbersome.

Any idea how I can fix this?

Thanks,
Jim

In order to share videos via Photo Stream you need to be using iOS 7 on your phone and Mavericks on your MBA. You didn't mention anything about your specs which would help us to help you. Anyway, you might want to take a look at this Apple KB article.

Thanks for the reply.

I am using Mavericks 10.9.7 and also the latest version of iOS 7, which I believe is 7.1.2. Checked the version of iPhoto and that is up to date also.

Thanks for the link. I have checked all the things mentioned in there and everything seems OK.
