I have the new Powerbook and of course my wife loves it. She doesn't want to spend that much money and we are looking for an IBook for her. Is there a huge difference with the screen? I know that there are other differences but she likes the Powerbook screen. Also any other big differences would be a big help.. Thanks in advance for anyone's help..

The current iBook's screen isn't quite as nice as the one on the powerbook...
But if you don't want to spend quite so much, look into a refurbished or 2nd hand Powerbook 15"...
Even the very first G4 models had nicer screens than the ones on the current iBooks.

Yeah there is nothing really that wrong with iBooks, they get the job done just as well as any other Mac.

The screen on the 15" PowerBook is widescreen, and a significantly higher resolution (1440x960) compared to the 12/14" iBook models, which are both 1024x768 resolution.
