Creating DVD Navigation Screen?

I am a recent convert and trying to learn the Mac suite of included software. Is it possible to create DVD navigation screens from within iDVD (beyond the provided Themes)? I know that the themes themselves are fairly customizable, but was interested in starting from scratch.

Is that something that is reserved for the Pro tools?

I'm fairly sure thats reserved for DVD Studio Pro. The only reason I'm not 100% sure is that there could be a program that allows further customization in iDVD.

Mac Pro 8x3.0ghz 12gb ram 8800GT , MBP 2.16 2GB Ram 17 inch.
I customized with iDVD previous to my switcing over to dvd studio pro. you can do this by creating your own backgrounds and moving buttons around in the templates.. you can't really start completely from scratch however.

Ah, thanks for the feedback. I hadn't dabbled enough yet with the iDVD interface to see that it was as customizable as you have described, so that is good info.
