yes, go up to view and go to view options you can then scale the icons to the size you need

load your picture to your website, or a website. remember its url

then type [img ]picture url[/img ]

but with out the spaces.

or you can click on go advanved and upload the file to the forums and it will show up as a linked thumbnail.
