ICloud Calendar Blank on PC

Have been using for months. Calendar went blank on Win 8 PC. OK on Iphone4S. Can enter new appointment on PC & will go to phone, but disappears from PC when calendar is closed. Thx for any help

Have never used it in Windows - first thing I'd probably try would be to log out of iCloud on your Win machine and log back in.
