Is it possible to use a Trust Easy Webscan 19200 on my MacMini OSX version 10.9.1.The driver CD only caters for PC installation.

There are no drivers for your Webscan that support OS X. Windows only. Unless you can find a compatible driver that supports OS X, you can not use it with your Mini. There are many Web cameras that do support OS X. Check out the Logitech web site.

Nice find Craig. Let's hope it works for the OP.

I used to use that for my el-cheapo Walmart Logitech cams on my B&W G3. Worked ok for what it was.
Don't need it now but assuming it's gotten better.

I'm guessing it's the scanner you want/need... I could only find them for very old macs.. You could take a look at vuescan. As was suggested the cam you could try macam..

good luck

As good as it is, Vuescan won't work without drivers.
