I use VMware fusion to run windows 7 pro on my IMac. How do I set up a printer to work with both systems.

I haven't run Win 7 with Fusion but have run XP Pro and Win 8. I assume you already have the printer working in OS X so now we are just dealing with Windows. First, make sure you have the appropriate Win 7 drivers either form disc or downloaded from the manufacturer's site. Then, launch your Win 7 install in fusion and install the drivers. From there you should be good to go.
