I have an invalid address (joe blow <joe blow>) that comes up in the To: window of a new message in Mail when I start to type the valid address (joe no blow <joeblow@___mail.com>). I went to Window > Previous Recipients to remove it, but it doesn't show up there (probably because it is not a valid email address). How do I get rid of it?

Mail only stores addresses in two places: contacts, or Previous Recipients. It is in one of those two places, and when you delete it from whichever of those two places it is in, you won't see it again.

Thanks. I kept looking for a place in Mail to access contacts instead of going to system's Contacts. Done.
