macbook pro slow internet perf while others fine

not sure if I successfully posted this the first time, so here it is again.

I'm experiencing extremely poor network performance on my MacBook pro:
2.5Ghz, 4gb RAM osx 10.9
ISP: ATT
I recently moved, switched ISP's and upgraded my OS. Things worked great before all that, and seemed to have become worse when I upgraded the OS.

All my other devices work fine:
Dell Latitude 2.67Ghz, 4gb RAM Windows 7
Ipad 5
Iphones 4/5

I presume it's something with the network settings, but don't know what to do. I've been regularly rebooting the ATT wireless router which helps some and only sometimes.

Please help....

It's always best after making the changes that you experienced to start over and completely re-configure your connection from the start. The fact that you upgraded to Mavericks should not have caused the problem you're having.
