I run iphoto9 on a snow leopard mac. For some reason exporting photos has never worked. Whatever I try I get error messages. Anyone could any bright ideas please?

And what are these error messages? Where are you trying to export the files to? Does it happen with all of them?

I just attempted to export a file to a memory stick (have tried various folders)
The error message I invariably get is 'unable to create volume (insert name of folder, file name etc)'
I have never managed to export a file sucessfully.
