Hi I am trying to hook up my Macbook (aluminium version) to a Samsung 226BW monitor for an extended desktop.
I have done this before so am not sure why it has stopped working but it works in mirror mode but when i change to extended desktop the screen just goes black. I can move applications into the extended desktop area but they do not show up on the monitor.
The monitor is working for mirror so i think connections etc are fine... i am puzzled???
