Hi all,

Trying to find an answer to this and have not been able to ....

One of my users is trying to print from Office 2011 without the categories displaying. There doesn't seem to be a clear cut way to exclude them when printing. Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks!

What categories?

And printing from Word, Excel, Outlook?

Can only guess this is a spreadsheet and the user wants to print it minus either one of the columns or rows of the spreadsheet?

RE: Categories

Sorry..to clarify...

In Outlook 2011, when printing, they want to exclude the Categories..for example..

Contact B has a category label of "50th Birthday" or "Vendor" and when they print the email it prints the category as such:

From:
To:
CC:

Category: Vendor 50th Birthday

We want to be able to print the page excluding the category but not remove the category for that contact,

Ahh, have never used that category setting in Outlook at all.
