tranfer photos from apple mac to ipod

My son wants to transfer his photos from the apple mac onto his ipod, does anyone know how to do this please? many Thanks/

Plug iPod into Mac. In iTunes select the iPod in the sidebar. Select the Photos tab and tick Sync Photos.
