I am using iMail v4.5 on OSX 10.6.8

I have three email accounts that feed into my mailbox.

How can I set up my "From" "Subject" "Date Received" bar to have a "To" so I can identify who the email is FOR?

I don't have access to that version but in many applications, you can right click the column bar and add/remove columns as needed.

If you expand your Inbox list in the lefthand sidebar, you should see separate subheadings for each email account's inbox. You may need to reveal the sidebar either with a button in the tool bar, by right clicking the tool bar, or enabling it in Preferences. (I'm not sure which version uses which method.)
