Importing Contacts from Iphone to Mac

I just upgraded to Mountain Lion and cannot figure out how to import my contacts from my iphone to address book/imessage. Help would be appreciated

Yep, iCloud will sync them across all your devices.

Yep. iCloud is the solution. Once iCloud active on your Mac tick all the things you want to sync (including contacts). Then activate iCloud on your iPhone as well.

On your Mac you will then have your iPhone address book by opening ”Contacts”. You can edit them on your Mac, and the changes occur automatically on your iPhone as well.

I am assuming your iPhone runs minimum iOS 5.0
