which firewall options on my modem should i enablle/disable?

right now i have


Filter Proxy
Filter Cookies
Filter Java Applets
Filter ActiveX
Filter Popup Windows
Block Fragmented IP Packets
Port Scan Detection
IP Flood Detection
Firewall Protection

when i have them all disabled i cant eve login to forums because i guess it filters cookies.

i heard ip floo detection should be disabled used in MMO games because so many different people are connection...

for the rest, which should i enable or disable?
