Genius bar installed new hard drive. i loaded my backup successfully. password did not work. turned computer off then on... now aafter grey Apple screen, it goes to a blue screen... nothing!!!

any help woukld be appreciated

Take it back to the genius bar at the Apple store where you had the hard drive replaced.
