Uninstall

How do I uninstall a program?

as far as I know, just drag the program icon itself to the trash. then empty the trash.

this topic need to be made a sticky I think. It seems to be the most common question asked by new users (myself included).

While a select few do, most people don't read stickies or pay attention to them. What would be a more effective tool, opposed to making a ton of sticky threads, is the Search tool the forum offers.
