Combine existing user and TM restore user

I have a MacBook Pro that I bought last year brand new. A few months after owning it I transfered everything from my old MacBook to the new one. The problem is, it made a whole new user profile on the start up screen. Is there anyway I can combine the users so to speak? My "old" user name from the previous MacBook also has all of my music on iTunes too.

Everything if possible. I still have some pics in iPhoto that I would also like to transfer over as well as pics in some folders.
