I have just purchase a macbook pro retina display. I want to create a simple home page with a series of links for my family tree. I don't have any HTML skills at all. Is there a package which converts my text to HTML and then displays it as a web page.

Is it feasible or am I an idiot.

There are many WYSIWYG editors out there that will allow you to create a website just as easily as you would create a word document.

Check out Flux, Rapidweaver for starters..

They have themes/templates that you can use to create your site and help with designing navigation bars, multiple page transitions and all that jazz..

Dreamweaver is a WYSIWYG, but will not work with the retina display, adobe will address this in the next issue.

Pretty irrelevant when the intended target is the web..:)
