Creating multiple choice tests

Want to create a series of multiple choice tests on my desktop. Will be used with students (elementary) on their laptops so screen needs to look pretty simple when they are using it. (Would like to be able to add pictures, but that's optional.) Would love any ideas.

Thanks. I was looking at that one earlier, just looking at the tutorials when you wrote. Any idea how well it keeps records of earlier tests a person took?
