Hi, I save my Pages documents on the iCloud. Is there any way to get the iCloud thumbnail display to show larger thumbnails?

I haven't found a way yet. You could hit spacebar - that will bring up a preview - not as convenient but still useful to see the document.

Default Folder X does have a preview pane which makes it easier to see.

If you make a smart folder in Finder

Then you can use Finder to adjust the size of the thumbnail.
