My Library in iTunes shows a specific album with all the music but there is an exclamation point by all but one of the tracks. The "exclaimed" tracks will not play. I purchased the album on iTunes but the exclaimed tracks do not show up in the purchased file. If I try to play them a dialogue box says it cannot find the original file. Is there a solution to this or do I have to repurchase the album?

When did you purchase it? Did you move the files somewhere outside iTunes' library folder? You can search for the files using a 3rd party tool named EasyFind. If need be, you should be able to re-download it at no charge, though there may be some exceptions to that rule.
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
