Hi- I'm brand new to the Mac world. I've set up my companies VPN connection on my new MacPro. The connection is good. What does Mac use to establish the Remote Desktop connection?
Thanks-al

What you have a VPN established, you can log into any system inside your network. You can also set up the Mac Pro that is acting as a server as, a VNC server. Once VNC server is running on your Mac you can connect with any VNC client.

Under system preferences -> sharing - you can turn on either screen sharing or remote management to allow this.
