Cant reach Time Capsule from my network

Hi,my Time capsule works great as a router,but once i try to reach it from my network i cant find the files in it,i have it for long time maybe 5 years and few months ago i cant play or transfer new files that i have stored as external HD
Is anything in the configurations that ive changed maybe when i got my new Fios router?
Please any advise
