Detailed quicktime history or log

Hi

I really need to get a history of the files that were opened on my Mac yesterday while I was not home. In particular the quicktime files.

I have already:
1) checked the recently opened tab in Quicktime - but this only shows files that I opened today.
2) looked at "Last Opened" info in Preview - but the file in question was opened by me today. I need to see if it was opened yesterday.

Please help!

I suppose you could tromp through the entire activity log for yesterday, but it would only tell you if QT was opened and when, not what was viewed.

Here's a more permanent fix for this "problem:" NEVER LET SOMEONE USE YOUR ACCOUNT.
