Safari: I've got two passwords for the same domain but different urls

Safaris seems unable to save two different passwords for two different urls on the same domain. I've user and admin rights to the same web-site.

As a result, as I swap from accessing one and then the other is that the one password record keeps getting overridden by the latest password used.

Any solutions gratefully received - not had this problem on any browser.
