outlook for Mac

I use outlook for mac 2012 and my business partner uses outlook on his pc. When he copies a list from (in the email not a file) my email to him and tries to paste it in coral draw it won't let him, it says it is encrypted or encoded or something like that. any ideas?

You are likely sending your messages in HTML by default (check your Outlook Preferences for Composing). Perhaps that's what is causing his Draw program to stumble.
