new issue with java support

Yes, the company does not like java, but some useful sites use it. I play games via yahoo and the past few days, the java game window opens, but closes after about one minute. Same thing in all browsers (Sar/fire/opera/chrome) . Anyone know what toggle needs to be flipped to stop this closing?

Java may have been removed - a recent update to OS X does this. Head over here, install Java and try again.

Note that Java, as a 64bit plugin, will not work with Chrome.
