I upgraded Mountain Mac os x 10.6.8 to the newer Mountain Lion. When I open my home page (Yahoo) to do a search the Google (which is default search engine) the search box was missing. How do I get it back? I have tried the old ways I use to use but they don't seem to work. Any ideas for this technically challenged individual?

What browser are you using? If you're using Safari, right click the toolbar, select the customize option and drag the search box back to the toolbar.
