What exactly is happening?
Text input quits and the trackpad still works?
The whole machine locks up and no input device works?
This happens when - how many times has it happened - how often - what app are you in when it happens - what apps are open - how much RAM do you have - how much free space and what size hard drive do you have - and as much other info that might help someone help you.
