How to record a Podcast with one person over Skype

I run a video game news site and I've started a Podcast for the site. Now, I'm looking to record a podcast with me and one other member. The stipulation being that the other person will be talking to me over Skype. I'm using Garageband, which is the easiest way to record what he's saying over Skype while also recording me over my mic?
