I have a homegroup network with 2 PC's on it and would like to know how to connect my Mac to it, both PC's are windows 7 .

Have a look at this video. It should point you in the right direction though I have not done it myself. The one thing I would do differently perhaps is to not use "Guest". It should work with any username you choose.
