I got an iMac about 2 months ago - but I kept my microsoft ergnonomic keyboard because of carpal tunnel. The command key is the 'windows' key but I'm used to hitting the control key. Worse yet, at work we are on Dos machines, so I really need to keep using the control key. How do I get my control key on this microsoft keyboard to be the mac command key?

Try this: (not sure it work on the MS keyboard though)

Open System Preferences, Keyboard. Click on the keyboard tab. Now click on the "Modifier Keys" box at the bottom. Go to the "Control Key" box where it says "Control". Press the down arrow and change it to "Command". Escape your way out of System Preferences and try it out.
