what is the better clining appl Ony'x or CC leaner
and what is the difference bet the two .

Onyx. ccleaner, IMO, is a hair away from being malware. As I would never recommend ccleaner, I wont comment on the differences.

I use Onyx once a month to clean temp files and such and it works like a charm.

by the way i have a problems with the pad , at time the window arrow could barely move
any clue
