Important E-mails going into my junk on my mac?

Hi there i have a mac pc and when i get a important e-mail come in some go into my junk could someone help me, im not great with words pictures help a lot to work out how to do this.

what email provider do you use ?
too many reason why incoming email go into junk folder,
for fast solution, make incoming email adress into white list and add into your email contact

to add email address into white list, try to google it ( every email service provider has its own way )

Hi thanks for such a fast reply, im using intermedia on a mac for my emails however there doesn't seem to be anything i can find about how to slove this problem
