I use a non Mac keyboard on my Mac Mini and I would like to run an Apple Hardware test with my original Mac Mini Installation discs. How do I do this with a non apple keyboard? Silly question I know!! but it escapes me at the moment!

I don't believe that the keyboard you use makes a difference. I think that the process is…you boot from the correct disk…and hold down the "d" key while booting (I believe this info is printed on the disk).
