Hughes net and Time Capsule

I just bought an iMac and Time Capsule. I use Hughes net for Internet access. I set up the TC when Time Machine ran a backup, my Hughes download allowance went dry. I contacted Apple and they had me replace the HN modem with the TC. Everything works but the backup still sucks my download allowance dry. Any suggestions?

gtg in a min.. assuming your trying to back up via wifi.. if so plug it in the first time it backs up..

other wise.. i defer to more knowledgable ppl here
