Embedding Vimeo videos in Safari?

I can't seem to figure out why I can't embed Vimeo (or YouTube) videos in certain forums that are vBulletin based. Oddly, I posted one video and some guys have seen it, but I can't see it. Is there a bug with Safari that won't allow posting or embedding videos? I know I've been having issues with Safari and Photobucket... can't get the Flash Uploader to work but I can upload pix from my iPhone, just not from my iMac.

As far as I know, you can't embed video on this particular forum.

I'm on another forum that uses this same software, and has a special button in the editor to allow the tags [YOUTUBE] and [YOUTUBEHD] to work, to wit:
