I have read all the threads on this site about other and found no help. Other is taking over my Mac. Is there no one out there that knows what this is? In the PC world we would call this as vires. I have moved all my files off my Mac on to hard drives and the other has taken over the hard drives. Need help!!!!

documents, mail, system files, .zip, .rar, and every file that does not fit into one of the categories listed


That's not really a good way to look at your hard drive - You want to know what is taking up space on the drive - I use What Size.
