Update Address Book from 5.0.3

I've been unable to open my ADDRESS BOOK 5.0.3 since updating to the previous OS. I've just updated to OS X 10.8.1 and the problem continues. How do I update the Address Book?

Your "Address Book" is now called "contacts.app" in Mountain Lion. Open it from your Applications folder and make changes as desired.
