Capturing a still from video in iPhoto

Does anyone know how, or even if it is possible, to capture a still picture from video in iPhoto?

Sometimes I take video with the intention of capturing a still from that video that I can use for other purposes.

I looked through menu options in iPhoto and couldn't see a way to do it.

Same way you would do it in any other program: pause the video playing where you want the still, hit shift-command-4, mark the area you want captured.
