How to connect Sql Developer with Oracle 11g XE running at windows 8 on parallels?

14" MacBook Pro M1 Pro, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD
The same way as you would on a physical client. If you're not familiar with the process, you may want to check on a SQL developer forum. There's no reason it would be any different in a VM running in Parallels.
