storing fruit for the winter

I normally buy a 50# bag of corn on the cob, cook it, and then freeze just the corn for the winter. I've still got plenty from last year though so I can skip the corn this year. That said, I have a $50 gift certificate to a large fruit and produce stand that I need to use. So I'm wondering what I can get and freeze for the winter or put into a dehydrator. Thoughts?

You can dehydrate almost all fruits. Then again, there is jam. Mmmmmmm jam
