Hi guys strange thing happening here in Imovie 11 . I have taken still frames from my project to use at the end of the video, for some reason the audio is playing for each still frame, you cant see an audio track. My question is how do I get rid of it without having to delete the whole lot & start again. This has never happened before in imovie with still frames.
Thanks,
Ray.

Mute the audio in the individual stills...they still contain the original audio from the video....

Thanks Codda, but I just deleted the lot & started again. Found out that the problem was, as soon as I tried to copy & paste all effects, it suddenly added the audio track, I tested it & each time it did this. Was not doing this before, very strange, so I had to do each one, one by one.
Thanx for your reply, but where do you moot the audio track if you cant see it?
Regards.

You were pasting the audio with "all effects"...The audio could be accessed by clicking on Cog wheel and going to audio...mute from there...or paste only the necessary effects.

I looked for it, the audio, and there was no cog showing the audio. That's the reason I asked for help. Just went the longer route and eventually got there.

Not at my Mac here...each "clip" / frame has an adjustment ...upper left of the clip...If there's audio in the clip...it can be accessed from there. Can also access via drop down from edit ( iMovie 09 / 11 ) Fuzzy memory terms...FWIW...
