imac wifi

Somehow I am locked out of my wifi on a new imac with airport. cant figure out what password is in place that is preventing my access - a bit embarassing.

Any suggestion

Do you have another device that has access to the network? If so, you can login to your router's configuration page and get it there. If you have an old Mac that has access, you can also use Keychain Access (/Applications/Utilities/). Open that up and in the search box, type in the name of the network. Once you find it, double click it and then click the "Show password" checkbox. Enter your admin password and you should see it.
